Tentang Saya (About Me)

Dr. Ir. Anshar Patria M.Sc is a lecturer at Agricultural Product Technology Department, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh Indonesia. He got M.Sc degree in Food Science Technology for Soy Bean Protein Purification in 1991 and Ph.D degree in Food Process Engineering for Extrusion Cooking Technology in 1994, from Faculty of Science and Technology University of Nantes France. He is also Head of Food Sensory Laboratory in Syiah Kuala University. Further, many scientific papers have been published by Anshar Patria in various reputable national and international journal.
