Tentang Saya (About Me)

Anwar is a Lecturer in Mathematics Education Program of FKIP Unsyiah. He completed a master degree from IKIP Malang in1999. Now, He has completed a doctoral degree at State University of Malang (UM) 2017 under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ipung Yuwono, M.Sc., Dr. Edy Bambang Irawan, M.Pd., and Dr. Abdur Rahman As'ari, MA., M.Pd. Primary Education, Education, and Higher Education as the following 1) Banda Aceh Elementary Banda Aceh graduated 1979 (Principal: Rosmawar), 2) SMP Negeri 3 Banda Aceh graduated in 1983 (Principal: Sofyan), 3) SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh graduated in 1985 (Head of School: Zainuddin, SH), 4) Mathematics Education FKIP Unsyiah graduated 1990 (Supervisor: Drs Adnan Ismail and Drs. Hasan Munir), and 5) Mathematics Education IKIP Malang graduated 1999. Herman Hudojo, M.Ed, and Prof. Akbar Sutawidjaja, Ph.D.). Now, he has been allowed to be a faculty member in Master of Mathematics Education in Pascasarja Unsyiah. He taught a number of subjects in the mathematics education department at FKIP Unsyiah including an introduction to complex analysis, numerical methods, and algorithms in programming languages. His research interest is generally in mathematics education  the classroom especially scaffolding in teaching and learning mathematics and ethnomathematics. Until now, he has written two articles on international journal, those are Investigation of Contingency Patterns of Teachers' Scaffolding in Teaching and Learning Mathematics" published in Indonesian Mathematical Society Journal on Mathematics Education 8 (1), 65-76 and Implementation of Just Basic Software in Lecture on Numerical Method publsihed in Romania. And he has written three new proceedings until 2018, those are Investigating students' learning trajectory: a case on triangle (as first author), Improving the Mathematical Comprehension and Learning Independency through Discovery Learning Model on Trigonometry for High School Students (as co-author), and Mathematical Understanding and Student Self-Efficacy through Quantum Teaching Learning Models in Integral Materials (as co-author).
