Tentang Saya (About Me)

Cut Nilda was born in Banda Aceh, on October 3, 1981. Completed undergraduate program in Agricultural Product Technology Department, Faculty of Agriculture, at Syiah Kuala University (2007), and obtained Master's degree in International Food Business and Consumer Studies, University of Kassel, Germany in 2012. Since April 2014 has been a lecturer at Agricultural Product Technology Department Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University. Research interest related to technology of product development, development and improvement of quality of local food products and food safety and sensory analysis.
