Tentang Saya (About Me)

I’m a researcher & lecturer staff in Agricultural Faculty, Syiah Kuala University, has been attached to the Department of Agricultural Product Technology for almost 13 years. 



I graduated in Department of Agricultural Product Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah kuala University. I completed my MSc in 2012 from the Food Technology Programme, School of Industrial  Technology, University Sains Malaysia.



My research work focuses mainly in the area of fisheries product technology, food processing and utilization of agriculture by-product. I was involved in Some courses such as physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, The Handling of agro industrial waste & Technology of fishery product & livestock product.
