Novia Mehra Erfiza graduated from Agricultural Product Technology Department, Agriculture Faculty, Syiah Kuala University in 2004. Then in 2006 to present she has worked as lecturer in Syiah Kuala University. In 2012 she finished her Master degree in Department of Agricultural Engineering and Socio-Economics, Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Kobe University, Japan. Her Master Thesis study about application of dielectric spectroscopy in monitoring edible oils quality. Her research field focus on Food safety, Oils and Fats Technology, Food Analysis, Halal Foods, and Antioxidants.
