Nurlaili, S. Pd, M. Pd, is a lecturer in the Education Studies Program (Sendratasik) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Syiah Kuala University since 2006 with the field of Dance Arts expertise. An alumni of Syiah Kuala University. Ever deepened Indian Classical Dance at Jawaharlal Nehru Indian Cultural Center (JNICC) and had been a Team of Indian embassy dancers in various Indian cultural events. She is mastering some traditionil dances from other Asian Countries, including Indian Classical Dance (Kathak) and Traditional Korean Dance (Bauchicum). Since the year 2013-2014 she had became the source person of the AcehProvince of Technical Guidance Extracurricular of the Arts of Elementary School, and in the Year 2015 she had also appointed as the National Resource of Extracurricular Technical Guidance of the Elementary School Art that accompanied the Implementation of Extracurricular Technical Guidance for the Teacher of Cultural Arts, Headmaster and Elementary School Supervisor and conducted monitoring to several provinces in Indonesia on Extracurricular implementation. In the year of 2016 she joined a national’s team in drafting Extracurricular Activity Guide book, which is a program of MONE which became the handbook book for Elementary School throughout Indonesia. This program is one of the government's efforts to shape the character of the nation through art and culture learning early on. Since Year 2014 she become the Secretary of SJMF (Faculty of Quality Units) Faculty of FKIP Unsyiah and become Auditor of AIMA (Academic Quality Internal Audit) LP3M Unsyiah, since 2016 until now become she also an auditors of Accreditation Audit and Development Center (PAUPA) Institution’s Quality Control and Development) the University of Syiah Kuala.
