Tentang Saya (About Me)

Sri Haryani was born in Aceh Selatan (South of Aceh) on January 15, 1972. Since 1999 she has been affiliated with Department of Agricultural Product Technology at University of Syiah Kuala, in Banda Aceh - Indonesia. She completed her Bachelor Degree at Bogor Agricultural University in 1996, majoring in Agroindustrial Technology.  She graduated for her Master Degree in Food Studies from The University of Queensland, Australia (2002). In 2006, she continued her passion to explore Food Technology and Biotechnology at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn in Germany and successfully defended her dissertation about fish oil microencapsulation on April 2011. Following this achievement, she return back to University of Syiah Kuala and serves as lecturer and researcher.
