Tentang Saya (About Me)

Syarifah Rohaya has a bachelor degree in  Agricultural Product Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University of Malang in 1990. Active as a lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Products Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University since 1998 until now. Obtained a master degree in agriculture in 2005 in the field of Agricultural Products Technology in Brawijaya University Malang. Competent of several subjects in food technology such as  fermentation technology, functional food, horticultural technology, animal and aquatic processing technology, packaging and storage technology. Interested in food processing and food fermentation.
