Tentang Saya (About Me)

Dr. Yuliani Aisyah, S.TP, M.Si is a lecturer in the Agricultural Product Technology Department, Agriculture Faculty, Syiah Kuala University. She completed her PhD in Food Science in 2010 from Gadjah Mada University and her Master's in Agricultural Industry Technology in 2003 from Bogor Agricultural Institute. Her Bachelor's degree is in Agricultural Product Technology, in which she received in 1997 from North Sumatera University. She is currently the editor-in-chief of Indonesian Journal of Agro-Industry and Technology at Agricultural Product Technology Department, Agriculture Faculty, Syiah Kuala University. Her research interests include those topics in the field of essential oil processing and development of its derivative products.
