Tentang Saya (About Me)

Zuraida Hanum. I graduated from  Department of Animal Husbandry Faculty of Agriculture Syiah Kuala University In 2001. Then I continued the study  at from Veterinary Public Health Department of Veterinary Medicine Faculty, IPB Bogor which I graduated in  2005. After that I joined with Department of Animal Husbandry Faculty of Agriculture Syiah Kuala University as lecturer In 2008. . In this department, I have been involved in Microbiology and milk processing.  Doctoral Degree was obtained from Animal Husbandry Department, IPB Bogor In January, 2016. My Doctoral research topic is about fermentation effectivity of milk added lactic acid bacteria as melanin inhibitory.
