Tentang Saya (About Me)

Zulfikar, S.T., M.Sc holds B.Eng in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Sumatera and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University (Arab Saudi). Currently, he is studying the Ph.D. program at the University of Malaya, Malaysia. He was appointed as a lecturer at Department of Electronics, Politeknik Caltex Riau from April 2003 until March 2006 and served as heads of Industrial Control Laboratory for two consecutive years.He was appointed as a lecturer in Electronics at Department of Electrical Engineering, Universitas Syiah Kuala in April 2006. He has special interest and experience in Very Large Scales Integration (VLSI) design, specifically his research focuses on designing Sistem on Chips (SoC), circuits for transformation process such as Walsh and Fourier and random generator circuits using Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA). Currently his research outcomes have been published at Scopus, and ISI indexed journals counted 17 papers. Among the published papers, 9 (nine) of them were published in reputable international journals.
